NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Northeast Central Association of REALTORS® New Member Orientation is a requirement for all new members.
Orientation must be completed within 60 days of joining the association. In order to access the free course, please contact the NECAR Association Executive at necarmo1960@gmail.com.
Upon completion, training completion certificates must be sent to the
NECAR Association Executive at necarmo1960@gmail.com.
CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING
New members of Northeast Central Association of REALTORS® must complete a Code of Ethics (COE) training within 90 days of becoming an agent.
Upon completion, training completion certificates must be sent to the
NECAR Association Executive at necarmo1960@gmail.com.
FAIR HOUSING TRAINING
Beginning January 2025, new members of Northeast Central Association of REALTORS® must complete a Fair Housing training within 90 days of becoming an agent.
